I first saw Dr Bonorotti in the spring of 2024. MRIs showed disc herniating in my cervical area (2 locations) and L5 S1 area as well as degenerative disc in the L5 S1. My lumbar area was the worst pain wise for me so we focused on that area first. Tried epidural injections, traction therapy and physical therapy for the next year (mainly because insurance required all of this first) NOTHING helped. Injections would last 7-10 days then right back to the severe pain.couldnt stand up on my own in the mornings the pain was so bad. After exhausting everything non surgical Dr Bonorotti suggested Intracept procedure (minimally invasive) for DDD as I had modic changes as well, told me I was the perfect candidate. Finally on May 15, 2025 I underwent Intracept procedure. Fast forward 2 months after the procedure I’m so glad I underwent the procedure (paid out of pocket as insurance still saw it as “experimental”). I can finally get up in the morning myself. I’d say I received 70 percent relief from Intracept. So much more I can do without the chronic pain and it feels AMAZING to say that. Dr Bonorotti went above and beyond even after my surgery. Returned a call personally and made sure I was ok. The continuing care I received with follow ups with Dr Wells and the office staff was very thorough and caring. Angela (surgical coordinator) was helpful during the whole process from coordinating surgery through paperwork needed for time off work. Can’t say enough about this practice. They genuinely care and go above and beyond. I would recommend Dr Bonorotti to everyone and anyone suffering from back or neck issues as he is so knowledgeable. BEST BED SIDE MANNERS EVER!!! and I’ll definitely return should I need anything done with my neck in the future. Thanks to all!!! Appreciate the kindness and professionalism from start to finish. You all are AMAZING!!!

Dr. Bonaroti and his PA were extremely professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done to relieve the pain and issues that I am experiencing. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Had recent cervical fusion and with minimal discomfort with speedy recovery. Dr Bonaroti and his other practitioners were very friendly, professional, and adept at their work. Very pleased with my outcome and plan to return for a lumbar fusion! would definitely recommend. (several office locations also make it nice as I am from a rural area)

I’ve always used the Monroeville office. The staff are always on point and they’re wonderful to work with. I see Mark Wells, DNP and he too is excellent. Always on point, not condescending, our discussions are intelligent, helpful and he is understanding of my wishes to be as conservative as possible with treatment. I don’t feel rushed or forced into anything, which is wonderful.

Both Dr. Bonaroti & Dr. Wells were very thorough with their explanations regarding my issues and discussing the possible & probable solution(s) to address my issues.
They were also very accommodating / patient with me in answering any & all questions I had.

I love Dr. Bonaroti. He has operated on me several times. I will only trust Dr. Bonaroti to do any surgury on my neck that I would need. He is very thorough, explains everything and a highly skilled surgeon.

I would highly recommend anyone needing back surgery to see Dr. Bonaroti. He explained my spinal fusion procedure in complete detail and he was confident he would be able to help me. Prior to my procedure, I had pain, tingling and numbness in my leg. The spinal fusion was 100% effective. The pain is gone!! The entire office staff are respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful to Dr. Bonaroti!!

Very professional and thorough! Dr. B and his assistant doctor both sat down and explained everything and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable in their field!!! I will definitely have him do my surgery when the time comes.
